Our new e-Paper offers a cleaner look and available exclusively for subscribers.
To enjoy the e-Paper…
You will need either an “All Digital Access” or “7 Day Home Delivery” Paid Subscription and also an Online Account for logging in to read your e-Paper.
Step 1: An Online Account
You may or may not already have an Online Account. If this is your first time viewing the e-Paper in our new system, you will need to click here to reset your password. If your email is not recognized, that means you’ll need to Register A New Account.
Step 2: Connecting Your Paid Subscription
Once you’ve created a new Online Account or reset your password and signed in successfully, you’ll need to Connect Your Paid Subscription. You’ll need your last name, house number, and email address we have on file. Once you do this part, you won’t have to do it again. If you have trouble at this stage, just call customer service at 423-929-3111.
Step 3: Success
Once you’re signed into your Online Account and have a connected Paid Subscription, you should be able to access the ePaper. If you’re not redirected immediately, just click the “Read the e•Paper” link.
